ATHANOR Equities is a venture capital (SICAR) company entirely dedicated to the "Green Business."
The company was incorporated on May 18th, 2007 in the form of an unregulated limited company under the name Athanor Equities with a share capital of 31,000 EUR. The company has been transformed into a SICAR in the form of limited partnership (SCA) by the decision of an extraordinary shareholders ‘meeting on July 8th, 2008. This form of structure offers favorable tax treatment for investors.
ATHANOR Equities SICAR aims to invest in companies of the "Green Business” sector and contribute to their development till listing on the stock market.
ATHANOR Equities SICAR shares can be subscribed by any institutional and professional investors. They can also be purchased by anyone ready to invest a minimum amount of 250 000 €.
All documents related to the constitution, directors and the legal depository have been previously approved by the authority responsible for the supervision of the SICAR which is the CSSF (Commission of Surveillance of the financial sector). The legal depository is a bank located in Luxemburg. A prospectus containing all necessary informations for investors was published after the CSSF agreement.
