As a company limited by shares, the company includes two types of shareholders:
The General Partner is in charge of the company management and shall personally, indefinitely be responsible for all commitments of the company throughout his personal assets. It may be dismissed from his functions through an alteration of the By-laws of the Company. The General Partner holds a general partner share.
The Limited partners ( Sicar shareholders) who hold at least one ordinary share are only responsible for the amount of their contribution to the company. The number of limited partners is unlimited.
